  • Thermal Conductivity The PRMC open web design core structure reduces thermal conductivity through the web surfaces, significantly enhancing thermal efficiency of wall framing, approximating that of wood framing.
  • Non-Combustible Construction All materials utilized are non-combustible. PRMC’s modules cannot be ignited. The construction site and the completed building are much safer as the risks of fires are greatly reduced. Non-combustible construction generally means a reduction in insurance premiums. PRMC’s structural steel studs have also shown that the open web design transfers significantly less heat than a conventional solid web stud.

    IAQ Testing Report for Model PM-1230 per Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Specifications

    
    The results of the IAQ test indicate that there are low levels of formaldehyde, a small amount of particulate matter (PM10) and indicate no contamination of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
